Rifle Dynamics 1913 Rear Trunnion
Early experimental stocks developed when we started our 1913 rear trunnion program. We wanted a lightweight 1913 stock option as a possible replacement for standard triangle stocks.
This design, though lightweight, did not fit our definition of a heavy-use stock. These would work well on a recreational, field, or hiking setup, because of their light weight, compatibility with our triangle stock pouches and the ability to add a QD sling with a Magpul Sling Mount Kit Type 1.
To add more functionality, the triangle strut portion is compatible with early Q or SB Tactical, SIG, and Samson side folding hinges (fitting may be required).
*These are a limited supply with no plans for restock. Sold as is.*
I have a palmetto AK-P7 (excellent quality for the price point) and I got an SBR stamp for it. I’ve been looking for a quality (and easy to install with the factory picatinny mount) triangle stock to replace the flimsy factory brace.
I was able to remove the picatinny mount that comes on this stock and use the factory palmetto side folder adapter! Looks great and seems to be made of quality aluminum. All for $40? Yes please.
