*As our capabilities increase so has our ability to do some custom AK work for our customers.  Even more so now with quite a few of our customers asking for a pistol to rifle conversion because of the ATF and its decisions on braced pistols.  Though the ATF has no Constitutional standing we understand the need for our customers to want to have this service done.  As for now please support institutions such as GOA or FPC as they take this case to court and fight the over reach of this administration and agency.*

This service will replace the 11.5 in or 12.5 in barrel with a brand new and headspaced 14.5 in barrel with a pinned & welded muzzle device for an overall barrel length of 16.1 in. You also have the option to have new parts installed while we swap the barrel such as muzzle devices, adding our 1913 Rear Trunnion, installation of the Texas Weapons Systems Gen 3 Dog Leg Rail, and more. Also included is refinish of the rifle with our standard color offerings, however if you'd like a new custom finish we'd be happy to oblige, just give us a call or email!

Details:

• Replaces original barrel with 14.5 in barrel with pinned muzzle device for an OAL of 16.1 in
• Original furniture and parts are maintained, however can be swapped out for new parts 
  • Take off parts will be returned to the customer
  • Customer supplied parts can also be installed by our shop - Please call or email for more info.
• RD 704 specifically:
  • Full length gas piston and handguard will be installed in place of original AMD65 length parts.
    • RD will retain original AMD65 length gas piston, gas tube, and handguard (if applicable)
• Includes sandblast and refinish in color of your choice.

Following your deposit you will receive a digital PDF via email that will outline all of our required specifications for shipping in your firearm. Please follow all instructions - Any packages without our requirements listed on the parcel will be refused. 

For the quickest turnaround you will need to send your firearm within 5-7 days of making your online deposit. The lead time will start the day it is logged into our inventory.
